I've never been poor, only broke. Being poor is a frame of mind. Being broke is temporary situation.
There are times where you can be broke in your head, thinking that there is nothing that you can do to get enriched. When somebody says that they are poor that might be the situation but never should you let it overcome your mind.

saying your poor is only a state of mind. I feel as in no one is poor. If you need help, help is always being provided by someone in the world that care.
